I'm a tech startup founder turned advisor with a track record of success. I've collaborated with major eCommerce companies and excel in strategic vision and driving growth for startups and established products.My key capability is working with Startups and developing the strategic vision as well as finding growth and kick starting traction with established products.

Availability


I work as a Director of Product part time. On Thursday and Friday I have availability.

How will it work?


My primary focus is on identifying the key problem that, once resolved, will lead to the most significant breakthrough.

I'm here to help you accomplish your key objective, using Key Results (OKRs) with a strong focus on communication and action.Kick Off
At the start, we'll agree on:
(1) A core objective (e.g., Improve eCommerce funnel conversion)
(2) Key results for completion by the end of June (e.g., increase CTR by 3%)
Thursday - Communication
We have a Thursday call to review progress and discuss actions.
Friday - Action!
On Fridays, I work on actions based on our discussions and plans, emphasizing strategy and decision-making, not code or design execution.
Retrospective
At the end of the month, we evaluate results and the overall objective.
